At Leather & Lei, every pair is crafted with intention – designed to feel as good as it looks, and made to move with you.

Returns
If your boots aren’t quite right, we accept returns for sizing or fit within 10 days of delivery.

  • Boots must be unworn, uncreased, and in original condition
  • Soles must be free of any markings
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • We recommend trying your boots on a soft, carpeted surface to preserve their condition.

Exchanges

  • Due to limited quantities in each size and style, we do not offer direct exchanges
  • If you need a different size, place a new order once your return is approved (availability is not guaranteed)

Shipping & Processing

  • Complimentary return shipping is provided on all approved returns
  • A prepaid return label will be issued once your request is approved
  • A $25 restocking fee will be deducted to cover inspection and handling

How to Begin a Return

  • Email aloha@leatherandlei.com within 10 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the boots
  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions along with your prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment, less the $25 restocking fee. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exclusions

  • Items marked final sale or purchased at a discount are not eligible for return.
